City delays trash collection due to winter storm

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — If you’re in the city limits of Albuquerque, you’ll get an extra day to take out your trash this week due to the winter storm.

Crews with the City of Albuquerque serviced roads Monday morning, prompting the delay. The Solid Waste Department will do trash collection one day later this week:

  • Monday customers – Tuesday, January 9 service
  • Tuesday customers – Wednesday, January 10 service
  • Wednesday customers – Thursday, January 11 service
  • Thursday customers – Friday, January 12 service
  • Friday customers – Saturday, January 13 service
