Deadly car crash shuts down Unser Boulevard near I-40

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Police shut down Unser just north of I-40 after a deadly car crash Saturday afternoon.
According to APD, officers responded around 3:30 p.m. to a rollover crash in the area of Unser Boulevard and Tierra Pintada Boulevard NW.
Police say one person died on the scene, and another person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area as police investigate.
