Former school resource officer indicted by grand jury

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A metro man who was supposed to protect the community, especially children, is now accused of terrorizing one.
37-year-old Joseph Frantz went from being a CYFD worker to a Rio Rancho police officer, and now to an alleged sexual abuser.
Frantz just faced a judge Monday and was released on conditions. But these allegations have been in the system for a while.
