ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Organizers at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta know it can get chilly when you’re out there before sunset waiting for balloons.
They have a few ways you can stay warm. One of them is open to anyone but the other you may have to shell out some money for.
