ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A new season of Lobo basketball starts Monday night with a doubleheader for the men’s and women’s teams.

Both teams will take the stage against Texas Southern in one of the best college basketball arenas around: The Pit.

Last year, the men’s team made national noise when they were the last team in the country undefeated, and The Pit was jumping. Lobo basketball made its way back into this community and into some national rankings last year.
