Old Family Dollar store ‘a total loss’ after overnight fire

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque Fire Rescue is investigating an overnight fire at the old Family Dollar store near Lead and Yale.
AFR posted a video showing flames shooting through the roof of the building. It started after midnight and took about an hour and a half to put out.
The fire didn’t spread to nearby buildings but the store was a total loss.
No one was hurt. AFR is still investigating.
