Pay It 4ward: Group of women thanked with $400 after knitting for a good cause

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A group of women in Albuquerque have been giving back with handmade items for a long time.

For over 10 years, the Palo Duro Community Center has been home to a group of women that meet every week to talk, knit, and crochet for a good cause. 

“We do all of this with donated money and donated yarn because a lot of us don’t have a lot of money and everything to do stuff like that,” said Tammy Padilla. 

So KOB 4 helped Pay It 4ward to the busy bees with $400.
