Police ID 11-year-old boy killed in road rage shooting near Isotopes Park

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police identified the boy killed in a road rage shooting Wednesday night near Isotopes Park.
The boy is 11-year-old Froylan Villegas. Villegas and his family were leaving the park in a vehicle when the shooting occurred.
The shooting also left his aunt wounded. While they haven’t identified her, police say she suffered significant injuries and is in unstable condition.
Last night, APD released pictures of the car believed to be involved in the shooting.
