Steve Stucker: Flood alerts posted ahead of heavy rain north and west

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Flood alerts are posted throughout northern and western New Mexico ahead of some heavy rain expected Thursday.
Many of the same areas that saw rain Wednesday will see similar conditions Thursday while other areas will be mostly dry.
