ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — After a couple of dry days in New Mexico, we’re on a streak of several rainy days that will continue Monday.

Rain began early and will carry into the evening as the Albuquerque metro, especially, will see a 70% chance. In Roswell, where flooding damaged roads and homes Sunday, a 50% chance of rain will also hang around Monday.

Most of the state will see some rainfall that’s been helpful in our drought and wildfire situations.

In the first 167 days of the year, we had only 0.85 in. of rain. In the following 10 days, we’ve had 2.14 inches.
