Video: Man flees from police on baggage tractor

HOBBS, N.M. — At the Lea County Regional Airport, 32-year-old Sebastian Rios Sierra led police on a low-speed chase on a Sunday night in August.
Police said he crashed a stolen pick-up through the airport gate and tried to steal a plane. Then, he attempted to flee on a baggage tractor, typically used to haul all the suitcases to the plane.
After a pursuit through residential neighborhoods, some stop sticks, and tazing, Sierra was arrested. He faces a host of charges, including battery on a police officer.
