Zozobra goes up in flames in Santa Fe

SANTA FE, N.M. — At Fort Macy Park in Santa Fe, Old Man Gloom sported a new voice and some ’90s fashion as he went down in flames in front of thousands of attendees at Friday night’s 98th Burning of Zozobra.
William Parnall, a children’s court judge from Albuquerque, served as the voice of Zozobra after he was selected out of nearly 60 men, women and children.
