ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Record highs are expected in parts of New Mexico as temperatures will creep into the triple-digits this weekend.

Southeastern New Mexico will see temperatures reaching 100°+ by Sunday and overall dry, warm conditions across the state. Even in the northwestern part of the state, in places such as Farmington, Gallup and Grants, highs will get well into the 80s and near the 90s.

This weekend, northern New Mexico will be cooler than other parts of the state but conditions, like elsewhere in the state, will remain par for the course – dry, warm and windy.
