Kassi Foote is the 9 p.m. anchor of KOB 4 on MeTV. She rejoined KOB in 2023 after taking a break from news to sell real estate.
Kassi found her love of journalism in Medford, Oregon as a producer, reporter and anchor. She immediately jumped into covering hard news like the Umpqua Community College shooting, Oregon’s emerging marijuana industry, and several massive wildfires.
An avid explorer, Kassi served as a humanitarian volunteer on the far east side of the international date line. In Australia, she worked with low-income communities and spent months volunteering with a medical mission ship on the coast of Papua New Guinea. Of all her travels, that trip was her most rewarding yet.
Kassi loves Albuquerque’s fast paced news market, endless skiing opportunities, and endless natural beauty. The Bosque quickly became one of her favorite places for running and biking. Kassi can’t remember what life was like before Dion’s pepperoni and green chile pizza.
