UNM woman’s soccer bests Fort Lewis, voted 1st in MW poll

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The New Mexico Lobo soccer team kicked off their first exhibition match with Fort Lewis.
A couple of minutes in, Paige Satterlee gets the Lobos on the board with a great goal and the Lobos piled it on from there. They shut out Fort Lewis, 6-0.
The UNM Lobos were also voted as the favorites to win the Mountain West conference. They received 11 first-place votes, while San Diego State received two and Boise State received three.
