ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Goddard grad Cal Villareal is a big reason why New Mexico State baseball reached the NCAA regionals.

He is the WAC Tournament MVP – where he tore it up going 11 for 17 at the plate with five doubles and a homer. Now the Roswell native is getting his first chance to play in an NCAA regional.
