Stamp Out Hunger is back and Roadrunner Food Bank needs YOU, New Mexico!!

Why? Compared to pre-pandemic figures, the cost of food, fuel and freight has gone up more than 100% for the food bank. Hunger rates and need remains much higher than pre-pandemic levels.  You can help children, seniors and families with food this summer by Stamping Out Hunger!

WHAT TO DO:
Leave bags of non-perishable food at your mailbox before your letter carrier arrives with the mail. Your letter carrier will pick up your donation for Roadrunner Food Bank.  Post office box customers may bring food donations right to their post office.

WHAT’S NEEDED:
Canned Fruits and Vegetables
Canned Meats and Fish
Canned Beans and Soup
Peanut Butter or similar products
Jarred items like Pasta Sauce
Pasta, Rice, Beans, etc.
Cereal
Any unopened food item from your food pantry you’d like to donate

A $1 donation helps provide up to 5 meals in communities across New Mexico.

BRING FOOD to Roadrunner Food Bank: 5840 Office Blvd NE, near Jefferson and I-25.  
Any/all food donations are accepted at the Roadrunner Food Bank M-F from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (on May 14, please bring your donation to a post office as staff and volunteers will be at post offices for the food drive instead of the food bank).
