Video: Police arrive on scene of Otero County school bus rollover crash

TULAROSA, N.M. — Lapel cameras were rolling as New Mexico State Police officers arrived on scene of a school bus crash in Otero County in early October.
Police said the bus was heading from Roswell to Las Cruces in the rain. Statements from the bus driver and witnesses were all consistent.
