ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police have arrested the fourth suspect for his role in a drive-by shooting that resulted in the death of 5-year-old Galilea Samaniego.

APD detectives arrested 17-year-old Jose Luis Ramirez Thursday after following him to Highland Park.

Police had been searching for Ramirez, who is among four teenagers charged for the Aug. 13 shooting death.

Alexander Barraza, Yahir Carballo, and Alan Ramirez, the younger brother of Jose Luis Ramirez, are already in custody.

Police say the teens were in two stolen Kia Souls when they entered the Vista Del Sol mobile home park and fired off at least eight shots.

Galilea was sleeping in one of the trailers at the time and was hit and killed by one of the bullets.

All four teens are charged with an open count of murder, conspiracy, shooting at a dwelling or occupied building, shooting at or from a motor vehicle, and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
