Balloon Fiesta: Pilots get yellow flag Monday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The yellow flag was raised at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Monday morning.

It was a breezy morning and there were some showers in the area. Fiesta officials said the balloons would have to stay grounded and competition is canceled. However, balloons were allowed to inflate for a static display on the launch field.
