Kira Miner: Chilly start to Friday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — For a good portion of our area, we are seeing a chilly start to Friday but, as we know, it won’t stay like that for long.
High temperatures will be a little cooler than average – in the 60s and 70s, some 80s – but that will mean calm conditions. That will be good if you go out to KOB 4 Kids Day at Balloon Fiesta.
