Kira Miner: Remnants of Tropical Storm Harold hit New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Some heavy rainfall Wednesday in New Mexico will be the result of the remnants of Tropical Storm Harold.

Las Cruces, Deming, Lordsburg, Silver City and even points north of there will feel the rain. It’ll be a nice shakeup from the hot temperatures in those places. However, beware of burn scar flooding.

Most of the state will be in the 80s and 90s because of that rain. Then, temperatures will warm up just as quickly as they cooled down.
