Kira Miner: Storms possible in western and central New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Storms and possible heavy rain will favor western and central New Mexico as we get toward the end of the week.

It won’t be the same type of tropical-like rain we saw from the remnants of Tropical Storm Harold. However, it could put a bit of a damper on your plans so keep an eye on the radar.

For the most part, it will be unseasonably cool with temperatures in the 80s and some 90s.
