New Mexico governor orders flags to half-staff in memorial of Bill Richardson

SANTA FE, N.M. — Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has ordered all flags in the state of New Mexico to half-staff from Sept. 7 to Sept. 14 in mourning of former Gov. Bill Richardson, who died Friday.   

All flags in the state will remain at half-staff until sundown Thursday, Sept. 14.
