RIO RANCHO, N.M. — Rio Rancho’s 2022 State of the City address provided updates on public safety, new jobs, road projects and city-wide developments. But there was a lot of progress not covered in the ten-minute video, so on Thursday morning, several businesses and community leaders got a more in-depth presentation.
